Hi all,

The LAN version of CS1.6
Is this for the retail version only?

I can't seem to get mine going! What can I be doing wrong?

Thanks for any replies

I'm not sure what you mean - the LAN/offline mode in steam isn't
available yet.. if you want to use CS without being connected to the
internet, go back to CS 1.5.

Not sure you understand.

There is a 1.6 version available if you now where to get it.

It is a stand alone version of CS 1.6 but without the need to log onto steam
with your account.
Many have used it to great success on multiple systems but I seem to be
having a few problems.

Correct

But it's not cheating.
Just want to play on a LAN of about 12 without the need for an internet
connection to log on.
